Developing Readiness for Adulthood

Do you ever stop and wonder if you are preparing your child or your students to become contributing members of society?  With my own kids, I find myself getting wrapped up in the day to day of life only to realize how quickly the years are going by.  Along with every single parent or teacher reading this, our children will eventually make that huge transition of life into adulthood.

Whether that next stage of life is paved or leads to uncertainty, it is inevitable that you will be faced with the question, “is my child ready for adulthood?”  If you have younger children, this may seem like something you do not need to be concerned with.  If you have older children, you may feel a crunch of time to prepare for this transition.

In any stage of life, we can help prepare for the transition into adulthood.
