Groups
Group programs foster social community. We offer a variety of groups to educate, serve and provide you with that community. Below are our current groups, but if you have another need, please contact us.
Mommy & Me Play Group
The Mommy & Me Play Group is designed for babies birth-learning to take steps. It will be led by a pediatric occupational therapist and will cover topics like sleep, feeding, and motor development. You will get hands-on support while your baby learns and plays in this fun group setting. We will also touch on care for new moms as this is such an overlooked, important topic.
The Mommy & Me Group takes place at the office.

Self Regulation Group
The Self Regulation Group helps individuals manage big emotions. We help your child identify their emotions and what their body is telling them. After discovering more about themselves, the group helps develop individual tools to assist with regulation.
